About Everyday Progress
Everyday Progress is here for one thing: helping you make everyday life a little better, without feeling like you need to completely reinvent yourself to do it.
There's a lot of self-improvement advice out there that's either wildly unrealistic, unnecessarily complicated, or seems to require waking up at 5am, meditating for an hour and having your entire life together before breakfast.
This sits somewhere in the middle, things I've genuinely tried myself, interesting ideas I've come across and dug into, practical changes you can actually make, and honest recommendations for things I think are genuinely worth trying.
We'll talk better sleep, habits, mindset, routines, productivity and all the little things in between. Because I'm much more interested in the tiny changes that make real life better than chasing some impossible version of the "perfect" life.
If something's featured here, it's because it earned its place, either I've tried it myself, or I've looked into it properly before sharing it. No filler, no pretending I've got everything figured out, just useful things that might help you get that little bit better.
A quick note on recommendations
Some posts include product links, and a few of these are affiliate links. If you buy through them, I may earn a small commission at no extra cost to you. I only recommend things I'd genuinely suggest to a friend.
Got something you think I should try, test or write about? Get in touch — I'd genuinely love to hear from you.
Until next time, here's to getting 1% better, one day at a time.
